The lodge

Rural lodge with panoramic views of the Stirling and Perthshire hills. The lodge is spacious sleeping up to 10, perfect for families or a get together with friends with 4 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in a side room off the lounge with curtain partition.

The lounge is large and spacious comfortably seating 10 people around a wood burning stove, entertainment corner and a large windows to view the garden and Orchard. We supply logs for the wood burner making your stay as comfortable as possible. 

In the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with a large range electric hob and double oven, modern fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and ground bean coffee machine. Central heating throughout the lodge. A separate dining room adjoins the kitchen creating a large open space perfect for large groups overlooking the cottage garden and countryside.

The bedrooms comprise of 2 king size beds, 1 double and 1 triple (small double bunk with single bed on top). All our bed linen is luxury Egyptian cotton, with comfortable mattresses.

There are 2 large bathrooms each with a bath and overhead showers. We only use eco-friendly products including hand wash, washing up liquid and detergents.

Outside the lodge has its own wood fired hot tub and sauna with ample parking for 4 vehicles. The perfect set up for a relaxing break with family or friends.

The shepherd’s hut

Whether you’re a couple (or small family) or traveling solo, the Shepherd’s Hut is there for when you want to live it up but feel like you are getting back to nature.

Enjoy sitting on the veranda watching the donkeys play, or the peace and quiet looking over the views in your own private zen garden.

The hut features a plush double bed with luxury linen, single sofa bed (for wee ones), wood burning stove, two-person table, sofa and small fridge. We only use eco- friendly products for hand wash and washing up liquid.

Outside there’ a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and separate gas stove with grill, and cold water tap, perfect for all your cooking requirements.

There’s a private outdoor rain shower with hot water, situated under trees to create a unique and invigorating showering experience. Once experienced you’ll wish you could shower under the trees every day!

There is a modern composting toilet next to the hut.

Further to this you’ll have your own wood fired hot tub to relax in and enjoy the evening sunset.

the duck house

Charming and cosy, the Duck House is a perfect cottage for a small family or group.

The Duck House sleeps up to 5, with 2 king size bedrooms and a single.

The lounge is cosy with a modern wood burning stove and large patio doors out to a small veranda and courtyard. We supply logs for the wood burner making your stay as comfortable as possible. 

In the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with a modern oven and induction hob, modern fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. Our ground source heat pump provides central heating and hot water throughout the cottage . A dining area adjoins the kitchen overlooking the courtyard.

The bedrooms comprise of 2 king size beds and a single. All our bed linen is luxury Egyptian cotton, with comfortable mattresses.

There is a single large bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. We only use eco-friendly products including hand wash, washing up liquid and detergents.

Outside the Duck House has its own wood private garden, with seating area, BBQ and hammock. The perfect set up for a relaxing break with family or friends.

There is ample parking adjacent to the house.
